High Voltage Asynchronous Starting PMSM


Pumps such as Centrifugal Slurry Pump, Sump Pump , Sewage Pump , Clean Water Pump , Chemical Process Pump , Horizontal Double Suction Pump, Dredge Ash Slurry Pump, Gravel Sand Pump , Ball Mill Slurry Pump , Mineral Processing Pump, Mining Suction Pump , Mud Sump Slurry Pump , which are usually driven by motors. Currently the world's innovative energy saving motor is Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, which uses permanent magnet excitation. Compared with the traditional electric excitation motor, the power factor is significantly increased, the loss of stator current and electronic resistance is reduced, and there is no copper loss in rotor when running stably. Within the rated load range of 20%-120%, it can maintain high efficiency and power factor. It has many incomparable advantages, such as simple structure, reliable operation, small size, light weight, high efficiency, energy saving, flexible shape and size, which can greatly improve the energy utilization rate, obviously save the user's costs, and has been widely used rapidly. 1. High Power Factor

The power factor is over 0.96, and even shows capacitance without reactive compensation.

2. High Efficiency

Compared with three-phase asynchronous motor, rated efficiency is increased by more than 3%-5%, and the efficiency of low load is improved more significantly.

3. Low Temperature Rise

Compared with the three-phase asynchronous motor, the temperature rise is reduced by 20K. When the design temperature rise is the same, it can be made into smaller volume and larger power.

4. Small Current

Compared with three-phase asynchronous motors, the current is reduced by more than 10% without reactive compensation. When new projects are built, the investment of cables and transformers can be greatly reduced.

5. Energy Saving and High Return
