High Voltage Frequency Conversion PMSM

At present, three-phase asynchronous motor is commonly used in industrial field to drive these pumps, such as Non-clogging Pump , Process Water Pump , Stainless Steel Pump, Pipeline Transportation Pump, Municipal Pump , Dredge Ash Slurry Pump, Sand Suction Dredge Pump, Flotation Machine Feeding Pump, Mineral Processing Pump, Mining Suction Pump , Severe Duty Slurry Pump etc. However, this common asynchronous motor is gradually replaced by permanent magnet synchronous motor due to its high stator current, stator resistance loss, rotor copper consumption and low efficiency and power factor. We recommend this kind of High-voltage Frequency Conversion PMSM with simple structure, reliable operation, small size, light weight, high energy efficiency, flexible and diverse shapes and sizes, and combined with efficient operation of the pump, which can greatly improve the energy utilization rate of the pumping system, cut costs.

The power factor is the ratio of active power to apparent power. The power provided by the electrical utility is called apparent power (kVA). The charges the electrical utility put on your bill are usually derived from kVA.
