1. The design point of pump flow is generally designed according to the maximum flow requirements of the process. 3. According to the performance curve of the pump, the intersection of the pump curve and the piping system curve is the actual operation point of the pump (points A and B). After the speed adjustment, the actual flow of the pump can be adjusted stepless. When the pump speed n1 is adjusted to the speed n2, the actual flow point of the pump is adjusted from point A to the required point B, which reduces the fluid loss.
